Version 0.11.0 released

Minor update of Procedural Text Edit.

• proceduralTextEditCli was renamed to proceduralTextEditCLI. The GUI and CLI version had different naming conventions and are now named after the same pattern
• The folder structure of the zip files is now flatter and simpler
• The autocomplete suggestions of the GUI now have headers for each group. This makes it easier to see, of what type a function is. The colour coding already did this in a subtle way. But might have been non-obvious especially for new users
